Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue any product or service listed on the Site at any time. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted unless required by law or due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or other factors, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products or services at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and payment processed. If payment has already been processed for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

While we try to provide accurate product and pricing information, we do not warrant that all descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. G. Pricing

Except where noted otherwise, the Selling Price /MRP/ List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested /offered by the manufacturer or supplier or one of our merchants/affiliates, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The final price that will be applicable to a user for purchase and payment will be as per the price that is displayed in the shopping cart of the customer which can be inclusive or exclusive of any other charges in terms of the usage of the website.

 

H. Indemnification

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tanira Jewels, along with its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or related to your breach of this Agreement or any documents incorporated by reference herein or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party. This indemnification obligation shall survive even after the termination or expiration of this Agreement and your use of the Site.

 

I. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law that would require the application of the laws of a different jurisdiction. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including but not limited to its interpretation, performance, or breach, shall be resolved exclusively in the state of Bangalore, Karnataka. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts on grounds of forum non convenient or otherwise.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

L. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. 7-day returns: You can return your item until 7 days from the date of delivery, no questions asked against a full refund subject to a successful inspection of the items (which may take up to 3-5 days from the date of receipt at the Company's warehouse/store) and submission of the video showcasing the return packaging with the original product, invoice and authenticity certificate. However, Personalised and Made-To-Order products are not eligible for 3-5 days returns and can only be returned in case of spurious/defective products.

2. Please note that any claim for non-receipt of a product or empty box will be entertained only if submitted within 24 hours of receipt along with an unboxing video which includes the original outer seal.

3. Lifetime buyback - Beyond 7 days, you can opt for a buyback on your jewellery purchased from TANIRA JEWELS stores/TANIRA JEWELS website in accordance with the respective Return, Refund and Shipping policies.

- Exchange: You can opt for an exchange until 7 days after delivery. You can use it to get the same product or can exchange it with any other item. In case of price difference, the total amount paid for the initial product including GST will be compensated in the price of the later product. The product should be in its original condition The product must be returned in its original, unused and unworn condition. All the tags, labels and packaging must be intact. In case you fail to meet all these conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your request. Adjustments may be made subject to product inspection.

- Buyback: You can opt for lifetime buyback beyond 7 days return policy on your jewellery purchased from TANIRA JEWELS store/TANIRA JEWELS website. Up to 40% of the item for items bought at price above 3000 and 30% return for products bought at price 3000rs or below, excluding the GST paid at the time will be credited back to you, depending on the policy at that time. The refund will be processed to your original payment method (or as per the situation) and may take 4-7 days for our payment partners to process. Further adjustments may be made subject to product inspection.

4. For both exchange and buyback, should we find any deficiencies/defects in the product returned to us (including but not limited to missing stones/packaging, damages, etc.), the buyback or exchange amount shall be adjusted depending on the extent of the deficiency or defect. In case of significant damage, the Company may, at its sole discretion, refuse to accept the product. In all such matters, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding.

5. The price on the website/app is based on average product weight. Your actual product weight may vary. The weight communicated in the invoice shall be the final weight.

7. Please note that to avail of any of the features offered in the authenticity certificate (return, exchange, buyback or warranty), you must produce the original invoice (hard/soft copy), and all certificates including IGI/SGL certificates (strictly original and hard copy). The absence of any of the documents will make the product ineligible for return/exchange/warranty.

8. Please note exchange and buyback are only valid on TANIRA JEWELS Products - any other jewellery will not be accepted, regardless of brand/purity, etc.

9. 6-month Warranty: We offer a limited six-month warranty on our range of silver jewellery valid from the date of delivery. This warranty covers only pre-existing damages or manufacturing defects and does not cover wear and tear in due course. In case we cannot repair the item, we will, at our discretion, replace the item with another item of equal value. However, please do note that the warranty does not apply to the following:
- Damages due to mishandling, negligence, impact damage, accidents, tampering, etc.
- Surface finish/colour of the product and loss of stones from the product.

10. Please note that there might be up to 2% variation in the weight/dimensions/colour of the product against mentioned specifications.
